At Aamir Ahmer Academy, we are upfront about everything — including refunds. Please read this carefully before enrolling. By signing up for any of our programs, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We put significant effort, time, and resources into building our programs. At the same time, we understand that circumstances can change. This policy is designed to be fair to both sides.
Refund Window: 3 Days from Enrollment
If you change your mind after enrolling, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your admission date. No long explanations needed. Just reach out to us within that window.
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request. Include your full name, enrollment date, and payment details.
After 3 Days: No Refunds
From the 4th day of access onward, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is a firm policy regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
We strongly encourage you to review the program details, watch the intro video, read through what is included, and be genuinely ready to commit before you enroll. Our team is always available to answer your questions before you make a decision.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and verified, the process will be initiated within 7 business days. You will be asked to confirm the payment method to which the refund should be returned.
Important Reminders
Enrolling in a program is a commitment to your own growth. We encourage every prospective student to take that decision seriously. If you are unsure about anything, talk to our team first. We would rather answer your questions than process a refund.
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM Pakistan Time, and happy to help you decide if this program is right for you before you pay.
