Code of Conduct & Termination Policy

At Aamir Ahmer Academy, we are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and growth-focused learning environment. To maintain the integrity of our programs and community, we have established the following Code of Conduct and Termination Policy. These terms apply to all students across all current, past, and future programs. Violation of any of the following may result in suspension or permanent termination of your admission and access, with no refund provided.

Unauthorized Promotional Activities:

Students may not use Academy platforms, groups, or forums to promote external products, services, affiliate links, or personal businesses without explicit written permission. Violators may be removed without prior notice.

Copyright Infringement:

Reproducing, distributing, sharing, selling, or leaking any course content, downloads, or materials—whether partially or fully—is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be pursued in cases of intellectual property theft.

Spam, Scam, or Fraudulent Behavior:

Engaging in spamming, deceptive messaging, fake profiles, misrepresentation, or attempting to scam any student, staff member, or instructor will result in immediate expulsion.

Misuse of Aamir Ahmer Academy’s Name:

Students may not use the brand name, logo, team names, or reference their association with the Academy for personal branding, false representation, or unauthorized claims of partnership.

Defamation or Public Disparagement:

Spreading misinformation, making defamatory remarks, or attacking the reputation of the Academy, its instructors, students, or offerings—on any public or private platform—will not be tolerated and may lead to termination and legal proceedings.

Disrespect Towards Teachers, Staff, or Students:

Any form of rudeness, harassment, bullying, or unprofessional behavior toward instructors, fellow students, or support staff is strictly prohibited. Respect is a core value of our community.

Inactivity or Non-Engagement:

In some programs, regular engagement is required. Repeated inactivity, non-responsiveness, or lack of participation—despite reminders—may result in removal from support groups or access to mentorship benefits.

Abuse of Support Systems:

Our mentorship, live sessions, and support channels are provided to foster growth. Overusing, misusing, or attempting to manipulate support systems, including repeated unnecessary queries or disruptive behavior, may lead to restricted access.

Payment Issues or Disputes:

Students who initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or fail to fulfill agreed installment plans without prior communication will be removed from the program immediately. Legal action may be taken in case of fraud or misuse.

Violation of Community Guidelines:

All students must follow rules and decorum within our community spaces (WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, LMS platforms, etc.). Repeated violations, even after warnings, can lead to restricted access or permanent removal.

Legal and Ethical Conduct:

Unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior—online or offline—related to your participation in any program may result in immediate expulsion, especially where it poses a risk to the Academy’s community or reputation.

Termination Process & Finality:

All termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of Aamir Ahmer Academy. Depending on the severity of the violation, termination may occur with or without warning. No refunds, access, or further commitments will be honored post-termination.

Acceptance of This Policy:

By enrolling in any program, accessing any materials, or engaging with Aamir Ahmer Academy in any official capacity, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy in full.
